At White Glove Comics, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping Policy


Qualifying domestic orders of over $100.00 can be shipped free by USPS Economy Mail. Free shipping applies to all domestic orders of comic books, graphic novels, books, magazines, and back issues that exceed $100.00—simply select the free ECONOMY MAIL shipping option during checkout. Orders that include statues, toys, DVDs, apparel, or other merchandise along with an excess of $100.00 in comics will not ship free, but do qualify for special reduced shipping rates by ECONOMY MAIL.


All domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped on Wednesday (new release day). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.


After you submit your order, the system will automatically calculate the different shipping options available to you and display them for you to choose one. After you approve an option your order will be processed. Please be aware of any duties or fees required by customs in your country. Midtown Comics is not responsible for paying them.


ALL ORDERS GUARANTEED! Arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Online Tracking! Track your order with the link provided on your order confirmation e-mail, or by logging onto "My Account" and "Pending Orders". Express Mail International is our safest and most guaranteed International Shipping Method. This method can be tracked most closely and will provide extra security for your order. The cost is calculated by weight, and as it is quickest, will be more expensive than Priority Mail International shipping or using a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope."

Return & Exchange Policy

Please notify us of the problem via email at within 14 business days of receipt. If we need you to return the item, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping. Returns must be received at our office with thirty (30) days of original delivery date (Canadian (45) days, other international buyers (60) days).


We will refund you, credit your account, or ship a replacement item at our discretion. Basic ground postage will be refunded on any books deemed to have been mis-graded or returned due to our error.

To receive prompt credit to your WHITE GLOVE COMICS Members Club account or a refund to your credit card, please include a copy of the original invoice provided with your order as well as the emailed receipt, proof of purchase or customs ticket. Items returned without a copy of the original invoice will experience delays in processing.


Please sure to request and retain your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without RMA number may incur a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the value of the refund.

If you are an international buyer using a US-based freight forwarding service, you must notify us of any problems with your order promptly within 7 days of you receiving the order from your shipping service, within a maximum of 8 weeks after we shipped your order.
